The enrollment process includes:

complete the intake questionnaire within the online platform

Within 24-hours your questionnaire is reviewed and you will receive your customized nutrition program

During the initial 3-month relationship I will learn more about your lifestyle to help you achieve results and build habits to sustain them

Initial commitment is 90-days, since making a sustainable change doesn’t happen overnight. I require a minimum three-month commitment to ensure you get the most out of the program and practice patience with yourself. I also heavily value the coach/client relationship. Building a solid and trusting relationship with me takes a bit of time, and a three-month minimum commitment ensures we create that strong foundation together. After three months, your account will automatically convert to monthly payments until you cancel.
